How easy is it to accomplish a goal which may stretch you? For example, are you going all out to reach your ideal weight for an important event so that you can look fabulous in your new outfit? Do you want to go for a promotion but aren’t sure you have what it takes to tick all the boxes, or do you want to massively increase your business profits/clients?
Your thoughts, beliefs and vibration are key when it comes to manifesting your goals. The more positive, higher vibrational you are, the easier it is to reach your goal.
The emotional scale as written about by Esther Hicks on her work about the Law of Attraction is very useful as seen below.
If you’re mainly in a state of stress or worry, then it’s sometimes difficult to take the right action. For example, it’s easier to fall off the diet if you’re worried about something. That piece of chocolate cake will make you feel better, so you go for it and say “I’ll start again tomorrow”. Or at work you may give in to your fears that you haven’t got what it takes to be promoted, everybody else applying seems much more suited.
Low vibrational feelings don’t lead to a sense of confidence in yourself or your abilities. In this state you’re looking through the filters of fear, anger or stress at everything. It’s like seeing things on a dreary, dismal day – the colours are dimmed and not so bright. Taking the right action is hard in this condition.
Conversely, when we’re in a positive state of mind, maybe feeling grateful for something, or happy for something in our life, it’s much easier to take the right action. Why would you reach for dessert when you’re in a good frame of mind? In this state you feel confident that you can lose the weight or you can take the actions to get promoted.
Being in a high vibrational state is like looking at a beautiful blue sky on a sunshiny day – the colours are bright and vivid, they warm your heart. In this state, you feel better and so your actions are more aligned with how to manifest the goal.
Our feelings, thoughts and attitude make a huge difference to how we approach our goals and the actions we take. Remember the emotional scale and know that for manifesting, staying at the upper end is vital.
It’s easy to stay in that place when you do say, a daily gratitude exercise. Think of others ways which will help you stay in the high vibrations, and watch your goals and dreams manifest in your life.
