Every word thought and feeling has an energy and vibration. You may have heard that staying in a high vibration makes manifestation easier. Why is this? 

Think of it this way, to achieve any goal you have to take actions. The results of those actions lead to other actions and so on. Obviously, it’s best to take actions which result in what you want to manifest but sometimes your actions can have the opposite effect!

You can get insight into the best actions to take by staying at a high vibration. This is because the Universe is always vibrating at the high frequency of love and joy. It is an awareness which is always at that level.

 

If you’re also in that high vibrational state, then it’s easier for the Universe to communicate with you. You can get intuitive insights into what actions will be best or even new actions to take which you may never have thought of if you were in a low vibrational state.

It’s like walking with a mentor at the same pace – the Universe (your mentor) can give you advice which you’ll easily hear. When you’re in a low vibrational state, it’s as if the Universe is trying to speak to you through a brick wall, or a heavy fog.  Or your mentor is walking too fast and you’re lagging behind. 

Another advantage of being in a high vibrational state is that it’s easier to stay focused and be positive knowing that your goal will manifest. At the low vibrational states, it’s very easy for you to become worried or stressed that your goal is getting away from you. 

The Universe responds to your overall vibration. This is how you connect with it. If you’re in a state of gratitude or joy, it can send into your life more things to be grateful for. But if you’re mostly stressed, since this is how you’re connecting to the Universe, it will give you more things to be stressed about.  

How can you work on yourself to stay mostly in high vibrational thoughts and emotions? 

1. High vibrational energies are gratitude, love and joy. How can you have these feelings every day, especially if you’re worried most of the time? The “gratitude exercise” is the easiest way to begin to change your vibration.  

  • Think of 3 things every day to be grateful for – it can be in the past, present or the future. Think of your family, your achievements, your possessions, nature, your pets and so on.
  • The secret here is to really feel that gratefulness, let that feeling flow through every cell of your body and mind. This is how your body will start to change its vibration.
  • You’ll find that over time, you automatically begin to notice things you’re grateful for. It shifts your focus from negative to positive, how fabulous is that!

2. You can also think about what brings you joy and do more of that. Do you love dancing or singing – do it! Go for walks in nature or marvel at the sunrise/sunset, see the beauty in trees and flowers. You can do guided meditations to focus on joy, peace, etc. 

3. Think about what inspires you, brings you passion and add more of that into your life even if it has nothing to do with your goal. Your aim here is to fill your life with positivity so that your energy changes and you stay in a high vibrational state.  

Give yourself a month, 4 weeks to start to make changes in your life. Start a journal and see what you can do each week to bring more positivity and passion in your life.

Can you do the gratitude exercises for a minute every day? Is there an evening class or workshop you can go to to add more passion and joy in your life?

Write down at the end of each week how you’re outlook is changing as you add these into your life.

Create an affirmation like the one below and say it often. The magical energy of intent will give you insights into how to bring more of those high vibrational energies into your life. 

“I give intent to vibrate at the frequency of gratitude, joy and abundance now.” 

Hopefully this blog has shown you the importance of staying in a positive state and not one of worry or stress. When you’re at this level, it’s easier to get guidance from the Universe or your angels via intuition and ideas. 

But sometimes, no matter how much we try or how hard, that goal just doesn’t manifest. In the next blog you’ll see why letting go and surrendering the goal actually helps you to create it.
