Burn Away Your Fears

Meditation is a powerful tool for many things. I used it to help a friend clear her fears over getting a new job. She’d been in the same job for about 7 years and had been trying for over a year to find a new job but never passed the interviews.

I chatted with her and it emerged that she had fears about getting a new job – after so many years in the old job, did she have the right qualifications for a new job, would she fit into a new place with new responsibilities?

I told her to write down all her fears. We then did a meditation which involved releasing all her fears and then symbolically getting her to burn the paper with the fears written on them. She said that she felt much lighter after the mediation, as if something had been released.

A few days later she saw a job ad which suited her perfectly. She applied and got the job! Releasing her fears had given her the confidence she needed.

Isn’t it amazing how as soon as we face up to and release our fears, we allow the right situations to come to us.

Meditation is a fantastic tool for many things. Your fears nd worries are stuck energies and with ceremonies such as above, you can remove that energy.
