From Thought to Reality: How Joe Dispenza’s Technique Can Transform Your Life

If you’re interested in manifesting, then one of the best books to read is “Becoming Supernatural” by Dr Joe Dispenza. This book gives you an in-depth look into how we connect to the unified field and the potentials in there, to create our goals and dreams.

I’m going to share with you a wonderful manifestation method from the book. Let’s say you have a goal, maybe to lose weight and become fitter. He suggests you represent this goal with a latter, say “F” to represent “Fitter”.

To me, you could also draw your own image or use an image which resonates with you. This represents the potential in the unified field, that is the creation of this goal in your life. This potential has all the steps and actions you need to take to manifest this goal. Some of these may be intuitive/gut feeling insights so be open to this.

The aim with this technique is to become resonant or vibrate at the same frequency as this potential, so that you can make it into matter in your 3D life, i.e. lose weight and become fitter.

On the left-hand side of that image, write down your intentions for your goal. Your intentions could be to:

  • Buy clothes which are a smaller size
  • Eat more healthily
  • Feel great when I see myself in the mirror
  • Feel healthy
  • Feel confident when I go out
  • Have a fitter and toned body
  • Have more energy.

These are your intentions as to why you want to lose weight and be fitter. For any goal you have, write down your intentions.

On the right-hand side, write how you’ll feel when you accomplish your goal. These are your “Elevated Emotions” as mentioned in Becoming Supernatural. You might feel:

  • Confident
  • Happy
  • Empowered
  • Joyous
  • Grateful

Then every day, you focus on these intentions and emotions by becoming centred and still. Just like a meditation, focus on the present moment and breathe deeply.

Then as in a creative visualisation meditation, focus on your intentions and feelings for this goal. Imagine what the new you, who is slimmer and fitter will do.

  • How will it feel to go out, to go on holiday, be your new fit self?
  • Will it allow you to do activities you haven’t been able to do?

Delve deeply into this and let your imagination run wild – really feel the joy, the confidence, the gratefulness and how empowered you feel.

Imagine how wonderful you’ll feel after doing this for a few moments every day!

As you can see, you’re not focusing or worrying at all about how or when this will happen.

Remember, that this is a feeling Universe. So your feelings of joy, confidence, etc. are carrying your intentions into the Unified Field to connect it to that potential.

That is the potential which contains how you’ll get a fitter/toned body, how you’ll lose weight and feel healthy and so on.

After doing this for a few days, you may come across a book about healthy eating which really suits you and works for you. You may hear about an exercise class you never knew exists, which you’d love to do.

Our logical mind can help us so far with the steps we can take. But when you add this manifestation technique, magical things can happen. This is because you’re tapping into the power of the Universe and it can give you insights and nudges to help you in ways you may never have thought of.
