Are you one of those people who have written an email in anger and hit the “Send” button before you’ve had time to calm down? And the email has winged its way to your boss, work colleague, friend whilst you’re still calming down. An hour or two later, when you’re in a better frame of mind, you might be horrified at what you sent and ask yourself, “What was I thinking?”, “Why did I do something so stupid!“.
This is an example of taking action according to the vibration you’re in. When you’re vibrating at anger or frustration, your actions mimic this. How does this relate to accomplishing your goals such as getting the ideal job or becoming fitter?
There is the concept of the unified field which many people have spoken about, such as Lynne McTaggert and Joe Dispenza. The unified field is a multi-dimensional energy of awareness that represents the Oneness of all.
This is the connection between everyone, everything and every place. It’s also outside time, so the past, present and future are occurring simultaneously here. You don’t have to try to logically work out how this can happen since it’s beyond our 3D thinking 😊
Here there is multi-dimensional energy at various frequencies weaving everything together. The unified field contains all the potentials of your life, all your dreams if you like. That perfect job or wonderful relationship you desire, is vibrating as an energy here. To manifest it, you need to connect to it and bring it into existence in your life.
The frequency at which you vibrate with your thoughts and emotions connects you to the part of the unified field which vibrates at the same frequency. We are like magnets with our thoughts and feelings and so the unified field sends us experiences which match those.
If you worry a lot, feel continually stressed about life, then the unified field will send you more experiences of the same because that’s the vibration at which you’re matching the field. Remember to see yourself as just an energy being to get a sense of this.
And the unified field has no concept of right or wrong. It doesn’t “know” stress is bad, all it “knows” is the energy you’re vibrating at and so that’s why it sends you the situations that match your energy frequency.
You have a goal; say you’re trying to get fitter and lose some weight. Your vibration, which is how you’re feeling, will determine how successful you are. If you’re frustrated that you missed the gym, or something happens which brings you down, your overall vibration is going to be low so it’s much easier to eat some chocolate or decide you’ve had enough of going to the gym. But if you’re in a more happy, grateful state it’s much easier to forgo dessert, do some exercise and take positive actions towards your goal.
You’re always connecting to the unified field with your vibration and your goal, the experience you want, is there as pure energy. You need to resonate your energy at the same frequency as that goal. It’s much easier to do this when you aim to stay in the high vibrations of gratefulness, joy, etc. The more you practice being grateful about things, the easier it gets to stay in this vibration.
Make a commitment to focus only on the good things around you – the flowers blooming, the birds singing, nature, your loved ones, your shoes, your clothes and so on. It doesn’t matter as long as it makes you feel good inside.
As soon as doubts or fears set in, you’re connecting to the unified field at a vibration where it’s harder to achieve your goal. In all probability, at this level, your actions will take you further from your goal.
All the potentials are in the unified field – your ideal job, the one which is OK but with less salary, the one where the boss is awful. If your inner belief is that the ideal job has a salary which is out of your reach, it will be hard to manifest it. Instead, you may get the job which has a lower salary because that is your vibration. You create the goal which you match on a frequency level.
When you’re in a good mood, you feel better about life and this makes it easier to get out the door and go to the gym, to perform some task towards your goal. In some ways your reality is determined by the way you feel and the beliefs you have.
As you walk towards manifesting your goal, remember it exists in the unified field – if you can visualise it, feel it, it is there. Walk towards it by keeping your vibration, your frequency as high as possible as this will help you take the right actions to manifest it.
