Master Manifestation 8 : Living as a Conscious Creator

In the previous seven blogs you’ve learnt about various aspects of manifesting. Hopefully you know now that it’s not just a case of thinking positively, but of co-creating with the Universe by becoming an energetic match with your goal.

If you wanted to run 10K race and you’d never run, would you expect to be able to run 10K immediately, as soon as you put on your running shoes? No, you’d draw up a running plan, maybe an eating plan, a fitness regime, etc. This is because you know you have to change your physical body and energy to run a 10K race.

In the same way, why do you think you can manifest a goal immediately if deep-down you think it’s out of your reach? In this case, you need to work on your limiting beliefs, thoughts and feelings. You can view these as out of shape, just like the body is before training for a race.

The Universe has all the answers to the goal(s) you want to manifest. You can see removing limiting beliefs as training to manifest your goal. Instead of getting physically fit, you’re working on changing your energy and vibration so that your beliefs, thoughts and feelings match the goal you want to create.

It’s also important to work on staying at a high vibrational level such as gratitude and joy so aim to have a regular practice of gratitude at least. Create some affirmations to say daily to help you stay on track, such as having faith and trust that all is working out perfectly in divine timing.

Focus on creating an almost tangible connection with the Universe. Meditate, walk in nature – whatever makes you feel that something is out there which loves you and will always help you. When you do this, you know that co-creating your goals will be successful.

If at times it all feels too hard, learn to surrender your goal and let go of that complete control you want over it. Affirm that you have faith and trust that all will be OK, such as:

  • “I surrender this goal to the Universe knowing that it will manifest in divine time.”
  • “I surrender this goal to the Universe, I have faith and trust that the Universe and angels will help me manifest it.”

See your intuition as a muscle which needs to be exercised so that you’re always in tune with inspired action and insights. That ball of energy in the Universe which is your goal has all the actions, steps and people you need to meet to accomplish it – learn to connect your intuition to this to get this information. 

Tuning into the heart and your intuition will be help you access all this information so that manifestation is a process of ease and not trying to put on a shoe which is 2 sizes too small for you!

Maybe create a “training plan” for manifesting your goal just as you would for a fitness regime. It can include:

  • Times for working on removing your limiting beliefs.
  • Adding ways to increase your vibration, such as gratitude.
  • Planning activities which make you feel great and elevate your vibration.
  • Reading inspirational books.
  • Anything else which you feel will help.

Manifestation is an art and the more you practice these things, the easier it will become to create your goals and dreams.

I hope these blogs have helped give you a good overview of the manifestation process. Make notes on the various processes and have them to hand when things feel hard. Use all these tools for creating your ideal life.

At the end of the day, we are all powerful co-creators with the Universe. But we have forgotten this or been told to rely on the mind alone. Use this blog series on manifestation to become the powerful creator of your life.
