Why Self-Reflection Allows You to Attract What You Truly Want

Unlock the secrets to attracting abundance into your life! I’ve created a powerful Abundance Manifestation Guide that’s completely FREE! Click here to start living the abundant life you’ve always dreamed of!

There is a spiritual concept which says that everything in your life is a reflection of your beliefs, thoughts and feelings. If you believe money is hard to come by, then it will be. If deep down you don’t respect yourself or judge yourself harshly, then you’ll be around people who don’t respect you or who judge you.

In a way, it’s good because it tells you what to work on within so that you can change your life to how you want it to be. For example, if you want to be respected, then work on respecting yourself or stop judging people to be accepted as you are by others.

This aligns with the Law of Attraction which says that you attract what you put out, for example, if you respect yourself, then respect is given to you, if you are angry at the world, then you attract situations/people who are angry.

This means that it is up to you to decide what you want to attract into your life. Take some time and analyse your life to discover what your internal world is like, the one causing the events in your life. Ask yourself:

  • What are the main feelings/emotions you feel?
  • What sort of events, people and situations are in your life?
  • What sort of qualities would you like to emulate – more peace, joy, respect?
  • Who do you admire, what qualities of them would you like?

In a way, you’re imagining your ideal self and the life you’d like as that person.

You can take action. If you want respect, then treat others with respect and dignity, even if it’s hard. If you want support, give support to others through help or understanding them.

This requires you to be self-aware and mindful of your feelings and the way you interact with others. Learn not rise to anger quickly, instead take a breath and try to understand the situation if you want to let go of that trait of getting angry immediately.

You can set intentions, e.g. start the day by saying “Today I will practice patience.” or affirmations such as “I am peaceful and I attract peace”.

Put yourself in other people’s shoes and see things from their point of view. Learn to listen to others without interruption or judgement.

To stay on track, focus on gratitude and at the end of the day, look back and think of what you are grateful for. Surround yourself with the qualities you want to have by reading uplifting books or joining groups with like-minded people.

You are a work in progress so take your time and don’t let setbacks stop your growth. We can change at any age/time, nothing is set in stone.

Everything is energy, including your beliefs and feelings. As you change that energy internally into the qualities you desire, such as having more peace, you’ll find that more peaceful people and situations enter your life. Remember, your vibration attracts like vibrations.

So take charge and decide what you would like reflected back in your life.
